This document contains very important information regarding your rights and obligations as a customer, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that might apply to you. please read it carefully.
These terms require the use of arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials.
By placing an order for products or services from this website, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions and the terms of the faqs, safety guide and disclaimer, user posting guidelines, and privacy policy on the website.
You may not order or obtain products or services from this website if you (a) do not agree to these terms, (b) are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with Pollynation Apothecary. or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using this website or any of this website’s contents, goods or services by applicable law.
These Terms apply generally to the use of our Site. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order for products or services through this Site (Section I).
- PRIVACY POLICY
Pollynation Apothecary will never violate your privacy by selling or trading your information. Our website does not collect personal data. Your shopping cart items are transferred to Paypal over a secure server. We never have access to your bank details. We get notification of your purchase after your transaction is completed through Paypal.
- PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through Paypal for all USA purchases.
- RETURNS
All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we have a 14 day return policy for Pollynation Apothecary direct sales to consumers only. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the “14 day refund policy” into consideration before you buy.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the ingredients and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations once your order has been shipped.
III. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
It is up to the customer to read the ingredients and properly use our products. The information on our website has not been evaluated by the FDA nor is our product intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition or suspect allergies to essential oils or carrier oils consult a healthcare professional prior to use. By purchasing and using products by Pollynation Apothecary, you agree that you will not hold Pollynation Apothecary liable for any problems that arise from the use of our products.
- SHIPPING POLICY
MOST orders placed within the United States and internationally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US orders can take 2-3 business days for delivery depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. The final destination or location is also a factor. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather or holidays.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We will prepare all items Monday through Friday from (9:00am -5:00pm) EST. When you make a purchase during this time your item is packaged and shipped (usually 2 business days) after your order is (received). If we have a sale or promotion it could take up to 7 business days to process and ship your order. You should also add additional days for shipping based on the method you select at checkout.
- STOLEN, DAMAGED OR NEVER RECEIVED (LOST) SHIPMENT
Pollynation Apothecary assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we cannot replace the never received (lost) items but we can offer a coupon code to re-purchase the items that are not received at a discounted price.
All items shipped have the option to include insurance and signature confirmation at checkout. Insurance through the shipping service covers the buyer if the package is never received (lost) or damaged during shipping. Signature confirmation helps the buyer find out when a package was delivered, who signed for the package or when delivery was attempted. If the customer chooses not to purchase insurance and signature confirmation they may reorder the item if it is lost or damaged during shipping. A “lost shipment” means that the shipping service has no record of the package being delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If the customer does not receive confirmation of the insured package or signature confirmation (as delivered) within 15 business days please contact Pollynation Apothecary via email. We will try to help locate the package that has NOT been scanned in by the carrier as received and delivered to the address provided by the customer (insured/sc packages ONLY). Please note it can take us up to 30 days to research and process claims (insured/sc packages ONLY) in the US and up to 45 days for international orders that are not on record with the carrier as being delivered. We work very closely with our shipping suppliers to help ensure that packages arrive safely, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.
- PACKAGES LISTED AS DELIVERED
Customers understand by denying signature confirmation they are completely liable for packages listed as delivered. Pollynation Apothecary is not responsible for packages listed as delivered with tracking information provided. We strongly suggest signature confirmation.
