PLC Stress Support Tea is all about Peace, Love & Care. Purposefully made with the best organic herbs such as Passionflower, Lemon Balm, and Catnip to support the body’s ability to cope with stress, restlessess, and promote overall health & wellbeing even down to our gut! To create loads of flavor, add a piece of real pepermint or ginger candy in place of honey or agave. Just one scoop (1oz.) = 6 to 12 cups of delicious tea! Can also craft unique drinking elixirs or create a healing tincture or drinking elixirs by adding 4oz. of high proof drinking alcohol or glycerin or apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 4 to 6 weeks. Shake daily.
How to use: Add 1-tsp of herbs to 8oz of boiling water. Let steep for 1-minute or longer then drink.
