You\u2019re ready for something\u2026different.<\/span><\/p>\n Reiki <\/span>(pronounced ray-key) is a non-invasive Japanese relaxation technique that works with the mind and body’s natural ability to heal itself.\u00a0 <\/span>Reiki <\/span>is administered either by “laying of hands” or hovering hands closely above the body to allow for the exchange of unseen “life force energy” between <\/span>Reiki practitioner<\/span> and client.<\/span><\/p>\n Life force energy<\/span> is moving through each and every one of us all of the time.\u00a0 This energy exists both in and around the body aligning along pathways called chakras, meridians, and nadis.\u00a0 The energy around the body is called an aura.\u00a0 When there is a disruption, or blockage, in the flow of life force energy, the physical body and aura experience a state of distress that oftentimes leads to stress and disease.<\/span><\/p>\n What are the benefits of Reiki?<\/span><\/p>\n This Reiki session is 60 minutes total.\u00a0 20 minutes is dedicated\u00a0 to relaxing\u00a0 into the session,\u00a0 answering any questions you have before, and sharing any insights gained at the end.
